FAQs

What is an svg?

SVG is an acronym for scalable vector graphic. Or clip art that a Cricut crafter might use to create a really cool end piece such as a shirt, tumbler or mug.

what are the terms of use? can i sell these?

Absolutely. You can use our images for small business or personal use. Small business is for up to 100 physical items per design. Sorry, no print on demand at this time. You may NOT resell this digital product in whole or in part.

what is this membership?

Ello Crafty SVG Club is a membership to provide SVGs to the Cricut (or other vinyl cutting machine) user. With one membership you are offered unlimited downloads, and unlimited requests for SVGs. That means if I don’t offer what you’re looking for, you can ask for it! However, we do NOT duplicate identical SVGs, or copyrighted images.

how much is it?

Membership pricing is available on the Join the Club page.

why is it so cheap?

Once upon a time, I used to offer everything for free but the site hosting fees cost me an arm and a leg. Charging a small fee helps cover hosting fees to keep things affordable for everyone involved.

how do i request an svg?

Once you are a member of Ello Crafty you can visit our request SVG page and complete the form. It’s simple, you provide your idea with examples (if available) and we come up with an SVG. SVGs are available for download for all members within 3-7 days of request.

can i get a refund/cancel?

Due to the nature of the products sold, we are unable to offer a refund. However, you can cancel at any time.
